Any references to “AiRCO”, “we”, “our” or “us” throughout these Terms refer to AiRCO.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, scrape content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where misuse is suspected.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing updates or changes made by the manufacturer.
Technical specifications may also be updated from time to time without prior notice.
For products such as air purifiers, actual purification performance may vary depending on factors including room size, air quality, ventilation, filter condition, placement and operating environment.
For electric scooters, bicycles and other mobility products, range, speed, charging time and battery performance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, weather, riding style, tyre pressure, battery condition and other operating conditions.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
A pricing or listing error does not require AiRCO to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund.
Delivery, installation or other service charges may be added separately where applicable.
5. Orders
Submitting an order through the website does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is considered confirmed once AiRCO accepts the order or begins processing it.
We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock availability, incorrect pricing, incomplete information, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery restrictions or other reasonable circumstances.
If payment has already been received for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated by AiRCO.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, payment and contact information.
Where payments are processed through third-party banks, payment gateways or financial service providers, those transactions may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by location, product availability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, security conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to certain locations or for oversized products.

8. Inspection on Delivery
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving them.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from the product ordered, please contact AiRCO promptly and provide photographs or videos where requested.
Damage caused after delivery through misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized repairs or failure to follow product instructions will not normally qualify as delivery damage.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to AiRCO’s Return & Exchange Policy.
Products must generally be returned in their original condition with packaging, accessories, manuals, documentation and proof of purchase, unless the item is being returned because of a verified manufacturing defect.
Certain products or consumable items may not be eligible for return once opened or used where hygiene, safety or product condition makes resale inappropriate.
Replacement air purifier filters that have been opened or used may therefore be subject to additional return restrictions.
10. Warranty
Where a product includes a manufacturer or AiRCO warranty, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be communicated with the product or purchase.
Warranty coverage normally applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper storage, liquid damage, voltage fluctuations, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear or failure to follow operating instructions.
Consumable components such as filters, tyres, brake pads and other wear items may not be covered unless specifically stated.
Battery capacity naturally decreases over time and normal battery degradation is not necessarily considered a manufacturing defect.

11. Electric Scooters & Bicycles
Customers are responsible for operating electric scooters, electric bicycles and other mobility products safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Riders should use appropriate safety equipment and follow all operating and charging instructions supplied with the product.
AiRCO is not responsible for injury, property damage, fines or other losses arising from reckless use, unlawful operation, unauthorized modifications, improper charging, failure to maintain the product or failure to follow safety instructions.
Local rules relating to electric mobility products may differ by location, and customers are responsible for determining whether and where a particular product may legally be operated.
12. Air Purifier Use
Air purifiers are intended to improve indoor air quality but are not substitutes for appropriate ventilation, cleaning, medical treatment or professional environmental remediation.
Filters must be inspected and replaced according to product recommendations and actual usage conditions.
AiRCO does not guarantee that an air purifier will eliminate every pollutant, microorganism, allergen, odour or airborne contaminant under all conditions.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the AiRCO name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, product presentations and other original website content are owned by or licensed to AiRCO.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit or modify our content without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiRCO will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Customers remain responsible for using products according to their intended purpose, operating instructions and safety requirements.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, social networks, courier services or other external services.
AiRCO does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
16. Force Majeure
AiRCO will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, internet or utility outages, civil disturbances, supply-chain interruptions or similar events.

18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website or a transaction with AiRCO will be handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
